Format
Each session is 30 minutes — long enough to dive into real conversation, short enough to avoid fatigue or distraction. It’s easier to stay focused, easier to fit into your day, and more sustainable for real progress.Platform
All mentoring sessions take place online via Google Meet or Zoom. A link is automatically generated and included in your booking confirmation. You can choose your preferred platform when making your booking.Sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. This gives both of us time to prepare — and helps keep the calendar running smoothly.Payment
Payment is due in advance. You can pay online via debit/credit card. Corporate clients can request an invoice for payment by bank transfer. Once payment is received, you'll receive a private booking link to schedule your sessions.Packages
Multi-session packages (4× or 8×) offer better value and flexible support. You can book sessions as needed — whenever you feel the need for a boost or moment to reconnect.• When purchasing a package, you’ll pay for your first session.• After that, you’ll receive a private link to book your remaining sessions at no extra cost (0 CZK).• Packages are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.• You can schedule the remaining sessions anytime within this period.Please note: Unused sessions expire after 6 weeks and cannot be refunded or extended.Rescheduling & Cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Changes made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for reschedule or refund.If you know you won’t make it, please cancel early so the time can be offered to someone else.In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule, I’ll notify you as soon as possible. If technical issues on my end cause a disruption of more than 5 minutes, you’ll be able to reschedule at no cost.If the issue is on your end, we’ll continue if possible — but no refund or reschedule will be offered.For brief disruptions (under 5 minutes), I’ll extend the session time whenever possible.
